Racing With New York Harriers
Approach to Races
The Harriers pride ourselves on being one of the most competitive teams in NYC. In a community of over 200 running clubs, the New York Harriers are recognized as fierce competitors in the racing scene. We annually compete in the NYRR Club Points series. In 2023 our team competed in the A Division, placing 7th in Open Women’s, 10th in Open Men’s and 7th in Master’s Men.
Additionally, our members vie for points in our intra-team competition, the Runner of the Year series, with coveted annual awards that are determined by participation and excellence in selected races.
